Ernest F. Trammel, Sr. spent 31 years building one of the most well-rounded careers in American logistics — starting at the bottom, literally, as a part-time loader at UPS in 1993 and rising through every operational tier of one of the world's largest and most demanding organizations.

Over three decades working across Virginia, Maryland, Mississippi, Washington D.C., and Georgia, Ernest progressed from the loading dock to the delivery route, from the supervisor's office to full operational command — ultimately serving as an Operations Business Manager responsible for an operating budget exceeding $19 million and a daily workforce of more than 120 employees, including full and part-time managers and both preload and local sort operations. At every level, he brought the same standard: disciplined execution, compliance-first leadership, and a genuine investment in the people around him.

Alongside his UPS career, Ernest owned and operated two franchise businesses — sharpening his instincts as a small-business owner, community employer, and operator who understood that real accountability doesn't stop at the end of a shift.

After retiring from UPS in December 2025, Ernest founded Magnolia Coast Enterprises, LLC in Gulfport, Mississippi. The mission is straightforward: bring enterprise-grade logistics discipline to businesses that deserve better than generic, transactional service providers — founded on the Gulf Coast and built to serve clients wherever the work takes us.
